An
e-mail from Matthew Atkinson
We
have received an e-mail from Matthew Atkinson stating:
"this has come to my attension because certian facts in
this piece are wrong".
The
text has therefore been removed until we are made aware which
facts, if any, were wrong. We would of course correct them if
this turns out to be necessary. In the meantime we may decide
to put up some photographs and extracts from correspondence in
support of our experience of the actions of The National Trust.
Interestingly,
as a result of the article that was previously here, several
people have been in touch to say that what we'd written about
The National Trust's approach reminded them of their experiences.
Like them, we'd not have believed it if it hadn't been happening
before our own eyes!
